Bert Pearce     Principals Jef Pearce Salem Sales Company was founded in 1981 by Bert Pearce in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  With an Engineering degree from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina as well as extensive experience in the custom kitchen and cabinet industry, he embarked on a career as a manufacturers representative for several cabinet manufacturers to service the southeastern states of North and South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia. Currently, Salem Sales represents Haas Cabinet Company, Custom Cupboards, Rutt Handcrafted Cabinetry and Heritage Custom Cabinetry for fine cabinetry and Task Lighting Corporation as related products.   In 1999, Jef Pearce joined Salem Sales Company upon graduating from Clemson University.  During his four years in college, he was employed by one of the top custom kitchen dealers in the area and worked extensively in the installation phase of the business for three years and later became involved in the design and operations aspects of the business.  This hands-on background within a successful kitchen and bath dealership has proven invaluable in his day-to-day involvement with both his current and prospective accounts.
